First: according to the color base classification, ink can be divided into:
1. Dye ink-ink based on dye is also the ink used by most inkjet printers.
2, pigment ink - pigment based ink.
Second: according to the classification of solvents, it can be divided into:
1, water based ink - water and water-soluble solvents as the primary ingredient for dissolving the color base.
2, oily ink - non water soluble solvents as the primary ingredient for dissolving the color base.
The above concepts are interlaced with each other in practice, for example, some pigment inks may be either water-based ink or oily ink. However, from its own nature and the practical requirements of UV printers, water-based ink and oily ink are absolutely not allowed to appear in the same nozzle.
Third: UV printer ink type:
1, weak solvent ink: used in all materials, such as plastic, glass, metal and so on.
2, professional textile ink: mainly used for textiles.
3, white ink: weak solvent white ink and textile white ink.
4, no coating ink: no coating, print directly.
