Use Of Ink In Normal Printing

- Aug 31, 2018 -

Under normal technological conditions, the original ink can be directly printed on the machine without adding auxiliary materials. Attention should be paid to the following items in the practical application of resin based non thermosetting rotary offset printing ink.

Thickness: When thickening, can add a small amount of designated thinner or mineral oil, dosage should be controlled within 3%.

Viscosity: when thickening is accompanied by viscosity reduction, the amount of potable oil should be controlled at 1% to 3%.

Dry: the original ink is permeable and dry, so it is not necessary to add drier.

Colour matching: The original ink can be mixed into intermediate or compound colored ink, or light colored ink can be prepared with a designated fading agent, but other types of ink can not be borrowed to mix. If there are special needs, you can order the spot color ink to the manufacturers concerned.

Under normal technological conditions, in addition to the need to adjust the original ink or grinding, generally do not need to add accessories can be directly printed on the machine. If the printing speed, ambient temperature and humidity, paper quality and other conditions change, need to adjust some suitability, should choose the designated auxiliary materials, otherwise it will destroy the structure of the original ink, cause trouble, causing losses. In actual printing, attention should be paid to the compatibility of resin fast setting light offset printing inks.

Consistency: when thickening, 6 resin can be used to adjust ink or thinner. Thickener can be used for thickening ink. Thickening and thickening are accompanied by viscosity reduction and viscosity increase. Attention should be paid to the amount of control.

Viscosity: if the consistency is appropriate, viscosity reduction should be added when the viscosity is reduced. Generally, it should not exceed 5%.

Dryness: If the acidity of paper or wetting liquor and other factors affect the dryness, can add white drying oil, but should be determined according to the color sequence; such as printing monochrome or after color, can also add red drying oil.

Concentrated color matching: This product is blended with a series of colored ink to form a medium color or multicolor ink.

Pale color mixing: use fading agent or brightening paste to mix pale toner or multi-toner ink, should not choose white oil or transparent toner, otherwise it will damage the original ink structure characteristics.
